PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition excellent in heat-ray-shielding performance by mixing inorganic metal microparticles having an infrared-absorbing capacity with a specified phthalocyanine compound and an actinic-radiation- polymerizable acryloyl-containing acrylate. SOLUTION: Inorganic metal microparticles (e.g. tin oxide) having infrared- absorbing capacity and a diameter of primary particles of 0.5μm or below is mixed with a phthalocyanine compound represented by the formula (X is H, a halogen, -S<1> R<1> , -OR<2> or -NR<3> R<4> ; R<1> and R<2> are each a phenyl,, benzyl, naphthyl, a cycloalkyl, a 1-20C alkyl or an alkoxyl group which may have a substituent; R<3> and R<4> are each H, a 1-20C alkyl, a cycloalkyl, a phenyl which may have a substituent; (a) is 1-4; and M is null, a metal, a metal oxide or a metal halide) and an actinic-radiation-polymerizable (meth)acryloyl-containing (meth)acrylate to obtain a heat-ray-shielding resin composition which can give films having transparency, which transmittance to visible light and excellent scratch resistance.
