摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve wear resistance and direct weldability by suitably selecting kinds and amounts of components constituting metal binding phases, blending the components and sintering integrally at the same temp. in more than two kind powdery starting material laminated body of sintered cemented carbides different in metal binding phase amount. SOLUTION: A wear resistant powdery starting material 2a consisting of WC matrix sintered cemented carbide containing WC particles having 0.5-10μm grain size and 3-20wt.% metal binding phase consisting of Co and/or (Co and Ni) and a powdery weldable layer 2b consisting of the WC powder and 20-50wt.% Ni and/or (Ni and Co) are laminated directly or by interposing an intermediate layer and compacted. This compact is sintered at the same temp. and the ratio of the Ni in the metal binding phase of each sintered cemented carbide layer is increased from a wear resistant layer 1a to a weldable layer 1b direction, and the wear resistant layer 1a and the weldable layer 1b different in metal binding phase amount are joined.
