<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the irradiation area in right and left by providing a control means for controlling an irradiation area changing means on the basis of the final irradiation angle so as to change the irradiation area. SOLUTION: An irradiation angle deciding means 13 decides the final irradiation angle on the basis of a first irradiation angleθ1 , which is based on the steering angleθ, and a second irradiation angleθ2 , which is based on the yaw angular velocityθ. In this method for decision, a judgment whether the first irradiation angleθ1 and the second irradiation angleθ2 are oscillated in the same direction or not, namely whether they are the same code or not is performed, and amplitude of the oscillation, namely, each absolute value|θ1|and|θ2|are compared with each other so as to decide the final irradiation angleθ. Control signal based on the final irradiation angleθis output to a motor driver 24, and a left and a right motors 8 are driven by the motor driver 24 so as to oscillate a headlight at the irradiation angleθ. Distribution of luminous is really controlled on the basis of the final irradiation angleθ, and even in the case where sudden steering operation such as a counter steering is performed, change of the irradiation area is appropriately restricted, and a driver does not feel the uncomfortableness.</p> |
