DECODING CIRCUIT FOR SEMI-CONDUCER UNITS

摘要

Row decoding circuit for semiconductor in order to prevent the row decoding circuit from operating in the low power voltage, because of using the output of free row decoder that connects with the row address which select the word line of the cell array block. The said circuit consists of a NMOS transistor.
