Cowl panel assembly of automobile consists of the front outer panel(1) shaped like "square" in cross section having the flange(12) on the edge of the upper end(11) and extend part(13) to be level on the edge of the lower end, the inside lower panel(2) having the flange(22) shaped like reverse "square" in cross section on the edge of the upper perpendicular part(21) and the flange(24) placed on the edge of the level part(23), the upper panel(3) shaped like "trapezoid" in cross section having flanges(31)(32) on the edge of each ends and connected with the flange(12) of the front outer panel(1) and the flange(33) of the inside lower panel(2), the dash panel(4) combined downward to be relatively shorter or longer than the length of the extend part(13) in the front outer panel(1) and the length of the lower end of the inside lower panel(2). As the car body is designed, engine room or the space of indoor is easily controlled cause the position of the dash panel(4) is able to move front or rear.
