A device for scaring the birds away from the fruit bearing trees including a ball having a pair of fins for making the ball swing by wind, first plate connected with the ball for wind swinging movement below the ball free from the ball and second plate connected with the ball through a horizontal cross-piece for wind swinging movement beside the first plate free from the ball and from the first plate, both plates may touch each other by wind movement for making intermittent sounds. the device must be hang from an upper support to perform in figuring a bird predator, alive, looking all over, reflecting light and making noises.
