A pipe cleaning device (1) which comprises a tubular body part (2) having a hose (4) connected to its one end and a head part (3) rotatably supported by the body part (2) and which is revolved peripherally along the inner wall surface of a pipe by jets of a high pressure fluid, wherein the head part (3) is in the form of a flat block, a knife or a cutting blade, or it is provided with a cutting blade. Where a separate cutting blade is provided, it may be mounted in a recess and provided with guard members to reduce the possibility of damage (Fig. 13).
