摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To keep the concn. of Cl const. in discharged water of desulfurization to be processed by a wastewater treating apparatus, by estimating the concn. of Cl in the discharged water on real time from the conditions of a boiler and a desulfurizing apparatus and adjusting the supplying amount of the discharged water of desulfurization according to the concn. of Cl. CONSTITUTION:The total flow amount of Cl is calculated by a multiplier and an adder by sending the signals from a detector 50 of the flow amount of a discharge gas flowing before a desulfuring apparatus 5, a detector 51 of Cl concn. in the discharged gas, a detector 52 of water-supplying amount of a water supplying line 19 to a thickener over-flow water tank 18, and a detector 53 of Cl concn. in the supplied water. Meanwhile, the total discharged water amount is calculated from the signals from a detector 56 of the flow amount of an adsorbing agent slurry and a detector 55 of the discharged water flow amount. From the both, Cl concn. in the discharged water is calculated, compared with the set value, and by the resulting deviation signal, a valve 54 to adjust the discharged water flow amount is controlled so as to control the flow amount of the discharged water of desulfurization into a wastewater treating apparatus.</p>
