<p>PURPOSE:To obtain good gloss, water resistance and adequate resilience by superposing a coating layer on a sheet-shaped base body on a cured coating layer on a molding surface, such as peripheral surface of a drum or surface of a plastic film and adhering these layers. CONSTITUTION:A cured film layer 7 of a coating liquid contg. an electron beam curing type unsatd. org. compd. for coating of the outermost layer is formed on the peripheral surface (molding surface) of the metallic drum 5. The sheet-shaped base body 11 having the coating layer 12 of the coating liquid essentially contg. the electron beam curing type unsatd. org. compd. is sent onto the drum 5. The laminated layers of the coating layer 12 and the cured film layer 7 are irradiated with electron beams from an electron beam irradiation device 14, by which the laminated layers are cured and adhered. The sheet-shaped laminate 16 formed in such a manner is peeled from the molding surface of the drum 5 by a peeling roll 15. For example, the coating layer on the outermost side has the excellent gloss and water resistance in this way and the resin layer having the excellent resilience is formed on the inner coating layer, by which the desired characteristics as a whole are obtd.</p> |
