APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING THE TRANSFER OF 3-TEST DATA OUTPUT IN THE BOUNDARY SCAN ARCHITECTURE

An apparatus for controlling transmission of test data output is provided to transmit 3-test data output from an integrated circuit to a microprocessor. The apparatus comprises a microprocessor(200) for controlling boundary scanning; a first storage unit(270) for storing the test data output from an integrated circuit(290); a second storage unit(280) for transmitting the test data output of the first storage unit to the microprocessor; a transmission rate control unit(230) for adjusting amount of transmitted data output from an integrated circuit to the first storage unit; a first data transmission controller(250) for controlling set status of a clock generator; and a second data transmission controller(260) for resetting count of the transmitted data amount carried out in the transmission rate control unit(230).
