A position sensor(40) is located on a vehicle and on each door(20), a cylinders(30) where the oil pressure or pneumatic pressure is inhaled and drained through nozzles(34a,34b) of both chambers(33a,33b), are respectively arranged, thereby the power of the cylinder is applied in assistance when opening/closing the door. The body(31) of the cylinder is installed inside the door(20) and the front end of a load(32) is attached to a vehicle body(10).
