The system has a transporter to supply rolls of paper to the changeover equipment on a rotating printing press. It uses a moving traverser (1) which is arranged in front of the changeover equipment, in the direction in which the paper is fed into the machine.The traverser has an adapter carriage (2) which can be moved at least in a direction which is parallel to that of the paper feed. The carriage may be mounted on spherical rollers (7), on which it can be moved along rails (4,5).
