The binding has a clamp (7), pivoting round a fixed axle (5), that is immobilized by a spring (8) and piston. A piece (11), moving longitudinally, acts on a flat surface (4) of the clamp and its action with the piston locks the clamp when the force on it doesn't exceed a predetermined level. Elastic springs (12), made of stainless steel, are piled on a rod joined to the slide to bias it forward. A pressure sensor (2) is acted on by a force that is transformed into a longitudinal push by an inclined plane on which the sensor moves.
