Compounds of general formula (I); salts of the compounds; and hydrates of them, wherein R<1> is an optionally substituted heterocyclic group, CO2R<6> (wherein R<6> is alkyl) or CONR<7>R<8> (wherein R<7> and R<8> are each independently hydrogen or alkyl); R<2> is alkyl; R<3> is hydrogen or the like; R<5> is hydrogen or the like; A is (1) -CH2ON=C(R<9>)- (wherein R<9> is hydrogen or the like), (2) -CH2N(R<10>)-N=C(R<9>)- (wherein R<10> is hydrogen or the like), (3) -CH=NOC(R<11>)(R<12>)- (wherein R<11> and R<12> are each independently hydrogen or the like) or (4) -CH=NN=C(R<9>)- (wherein R<9> is as defined above); B is oxygen or NR<13> (wherein R<13> is hydrogen or the like); and the wavy line means the configuration of either of E- and Z-isomers or a mixture of both.
