The panel (4) has holes (1) in which metallic support bars (2) engage. Each hole is a groove whose upper part (5) has a notch to hold a support bar and its lower part (6) prevents the accidental removal of this bar. The support bar is curved into an S-shape and its top and bottom ends are chamfered. A rod (3) is joined to each support bar or a hook, bracket or plate can be joined to it. The panel can be made of wood, metal or other similar material.
