The container cover has at least one cover plate (20) and several side plates. Each side plate is arranged separately round the circumference of the cover plate and forms a connection or integral design with this cover plate. Each side plate can be angled, from the same or different face as the cover plate. A fixing device (80) is used to fix the fixing cord (60) on the side plate and the fixing cord can move freely in the axial direction. The fixing device comprises fixing plates each arranged on the outer edge of a side plate and forming an connection with same. A connecting cord can be slipped between the side plate and connecting plate of same.
