A compound of formula (I) and stereoisomers, pharmaceutically acceptable salts and prodrugs thereof, wherein Z and Y are as defined below. Compounds of formula (I) are useful in the treatment of hyperproliferative diseases, such as cancers and acnes, in mammals.
