PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To costlessly improve the quality of a liquid by use of a synthetic resin container like PET bottles. SOLUTION: A cap body 7 in which the pouring hole 6 connected to an outflow hole 5 of the pouring opening 3 is formed, is put on the pouring opening 3 of a container 2 in which a liquid is held. A pair of permanent magnets 8a, 8b are embedded in the cap body 7 so that these polarities are arranged oppositely to each other. The permanent magnets 8a, 8b with at least 200 gauss magnetic field on the central axis of the pouring hole 6 are used for the cap. |
