PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the packet communication adaptor by which a buffering delay is reduced without decreasing the line utility efficiency in the case of voice communication by using a packet communication network. SOLUTION: A packet communication adaptor 3 contains a plurality of telephone terminals 1 and multiplexes voice signals from the telephone terminals 1 to assembly them as a single packet and sends the packet to a packet communication network 4. Furthermore, the adaptor 3 disassembles the multiplexed packet received from the packet communication network 4 and distributes the disassembled signals to each destination telephone terminal 1.
