PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To return with no processing the passenger ticket that is earlier inserted even if the ticket that is later inserted is invalid by returning the passenger ticket whose data are rewritten and the passenger ticket that is held at a 1st pool part to a ticket discharge port. SOLUTION: If a ticket 2 that is later inserted is invalid, the pass of a user cannot be permitted even if a ticket 1 is valid. Thus, a door is closed and a carrier path L is reversed and the ticket 2 is held at 1st pool part P1 via a wing W. The ticket 2 is rewritten into its original data when it passes through a write head H2. On the other hand, the ticket 1 that is held at a 2nd pool part P2 is carried toward a ticket slit 1 by the reverse of the path L. Then the path L is forward revolved when the ticket 1 is backward carried up to a position set before the rewriting of the head H2. At the same time, the newly written data of the ticket 1 are canceled and its original data are written on the ticket 1 to be consequently set in its previous state where the ticket 1 is processed by a main body (a). Then both tickets 1 and 2 are sent to a ticket discharge port 2. |
