PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat insulation by mixing aggregate consisting of endothermic reacting material at fixed temperature into concrete of a panel. SOLUTION: Aggregate 2 consisting of material endothermically reacting in a high temperature range of several hundreds degrees C is uniformly mixed with concrete C for this concrete panel 1. Next, When the panel 1 is heated by heat from the outside, the aggregate 2 absorbs surrounding heat by the endothermic reaction in the high temperature range, and transmission of heat to the inner facing 1a side is restrained so as to obstruct influence in the inner facing material. Next, by lowering of temperature of the panel 1, strength drop due to heat of reinforcement arranged inside is restrained. For example, gypsum is used as the material of the aggregate 2, and when combined crystal water is separated at high temperature 100-200 deg.C, heat is absorbed so as to be cooled. Further, if necessary, the aggregate 2 is unevenly distributed on the face 1a side, so as to improve endothermic effect of the face 1a side. Hereby, heat insulation can be improved at low cost without causing increase of the weight. |
