PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a stop wheel easily, and improve productivity of an assembling process by changing the shape of a driving shaft, and forming a prescribed inclining degree which the outer diameter of a taper part and an inner diameter in the free condition of the stop wheel are equal in a specified position, in a taper part. SOLUTION: In a driving shaft 10, an annular groove part 14 is formed on a large diameter part 13 having an outer diameter larger than that of a driving shaft top end part 10A, and also a taper part 12 whose outer diameter is increased is formed continuously between the large diameter part 13 and the top end part 10A. The outer diameterϕ2 of the top end part 10A is set to a prescribed size whose inner diameterϕ1 in the free condition of a stop wheel 6. Further, in the taper part 12, a prescribed inclining angle which the outer diameter of the taper part 1 and an inner diameter in the free condition of the stop wheel 6 are equal, is formed on the position of 1/2 or more of the linear (d) of the stop wheel 6 from the top end part 10a along an axial line. It is thus possible to engage the stop wheel 6 with the taper part 12 directly. It is also possible to carry out assembling work easily and rapidly.
