<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously process products, and prevent the products from being machined under an incorrect machining condition in a manufacturing plant where various kinds of products are machined under different machining conditions by judging the timing of setting a machining condition from the change in the state of the plant. SOLUTION: Information on the presence or absence of stocks of products or products on standby for machining, and information on the change in the state of a plant, which are obtained by external communication of an external communicating means 11, are judged by an information judging means 21. When information is related to stocks of products, a stock-information processing means 22 extracts necessary information to store it in a stock-information storage part 41. When the information is related to the change in the state of a plant, a plant-state change judging means 23 judges whether the plant is under the condition where a machining condition can be set, or not. When the plant is under the condition where a machining condition can be set, a machining condition determining means 31 determines the machining condition based on the information from the stock-information storage part 41, the product information from a machining condition storage part 42, and tied information on the machining condition, and gives the machining condition to the manufacturing plant through the external communicating means 11.</p> |
