PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To container wherein a cylindrical member put on the neck part of the container body is caulked by a metal ring to fix and the cylindrical member is made idle revolution to the container body impossible. SOLUTION: Flat stopping parts 15 are formed apart 180 degree each other in the peripheral direction on the upper part 14 of a neck part 12 of a container body 10. A pair of stopping legs 46 are formed at opposing position each other on a cylindrical member 40 put on the neck part 12. A drawing tightening member 30 is inserted into the inside of the cylindrical member 40 and the cylindrical member 40 is put on the neck part 12. At that time, the stopping legs 46 are interlocked to the stopping parts 15 to make relatively freely rotation of the cylindrical member 40 and of the neck part 12 impossible. While inserting a screw cylinder part 41 of the cylindrical part 40 into a flange 52 of a metallic ring 50, the metallic ring 50 is put over a stopping cylinder 44 and the upper part 14 of the neck part 12 and the metallic ring 50 is caulked so that a lower end 53 of the metallic ring 50 should wind on the lower part of the upper part 14.
