PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a correlation output corresponding to a code change even when the code of a surface acoustic wave signal stimulated from an input electrode is changed by configuring a power electrode section with an output electrode finger pair group matching two different code strings or over. SOLUTION: An output electrode section 131 of a surface acoustic wave matched filter is made up of an output electrode finger pair group 132 formed matching a kind of a code and up of an output electrode finger pair group formed matching another kind of a PN code. The electrode finger pair matching another kind of codes is placed between the output electrode finger pair group formed matching and kind of codes and the electrode finger pair of the output electrode finger pair group. Even when a PN code of a SAW signal stimulated from an input electrode is changed, a correlation output signal is extracted. Furthermore, even when the filter is integrated in a communication system, the occupied area is small, which leads to the compact size of the communication system. |
