PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly search a missing remote control unit from an electric/electronic device at application of power to the electric/electronic device. SOLUTION: For example, when a main power switch 2 is switched on in a television receiver 1, a pail signal generating and radiation section 3 emits a call signal as a radio wave. Then a remote control unit 4 uses a call signal reception section 5 to receive a call signal as a radio wave and when a call tone or the like is generated and displayed from a call tone generating and display section 6, the generating source of the call tone or the like is traced back to easily seach the unit 4. |
