摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a lightweight ceramic continuous porous cell material, capable of simply controlling the gradient of obliquely oriented cells, simply giving a structure in which the cells are obliquely inclined so that the cells are enlarged from one side to the other side and giving the open cells. SOLUTION: This method for producing a lightweight ceramic continuous porous cell material comprises adding an aqueous solution containing a dispersant, an organic binder and a foaming agent to ceramic granules, stirring the mixture, adding a foamed solution having a cell diameter of 10-2,000μm to the obtained foamed slurry or ceramic slurry, stirring the mixture, pouring the obtained foamed slurry into a water-absorbing or water-nonabsorbing mold, dehydrating the poured product at -20 to 80 deg.C and subsequently drying the product.
