<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To push the rear end of a sheet always toward a forward direction of the sheet feeding with an approximate same pushing force even in the case that an amount of sheets stacked at a sheet stacking section is varied. SOLUTION: There are provided a rear end pushing member 4 rotatable around a fulcrum point 5 of an upper section in a forward or rearward direction along a sheet feeding direction of a sheet 2, and a biasing member 6 for biasing the rear end pushing member 4 around the fulcrum point 5 in a direction for rotating it toward a forward direction of the sheet feeding direction of the sheet 2. A section of the rear end pushing member 4 opposing against the sheet 2 stacked on the sheet stacking section 1 is formed with a curve-shaped abutting section 11 abutting against only to the upper sheet 2 even if an amount of sheets 2 stacked on the sheet stacking section 1 is varied. Accordingly, when the sheet stacking section 1 is rotated to cause the curve-shaped abutting section 11 to be abutted against the upper sheet 2, a momentum of pressing force pressing the stacked sheet 2 to a forward direction of the sheet feeding direction can be kept always at the approximate same value irrespective of the amount of stacked sheets 2 and then a stable sheet feeding can be carried out.</p> |
