PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply operating oil in a oil reserving chamber surely and correctly by forming an operating oil feed mechanism provided with a shaft body penetrated in the opening part of an operating oil feeding passage, a valve element provided with a surface which is brought into contact/discontact with the rear end opening part of the operating oil feed passage, and a contact element which is brought into contact/discontact with a diaphragm. SOLUTION: In an operating oil feed mechanism 6 especially, a shaft body 14 is penetrated in the opening part of an operating oil feed passage 19 opened to an oil reserving chamber 4. A valve element 15 is arranged on the rear end part of the shaft body 14, and provided with a surface which is brought into contact/discontact with the rear end opening part of the operating oil feed passage 19. A contact element 16 is arranged on the top end part of the shaft body 14, and be brought into contact/discontact with a diaphragm 3. The contact element 16 is energized toward the diaphragm 3 by a coil spring 17. A check valve 20 is arranged in the operating oil feed passage 19. It is thus possible to feed operating oil into the oil reserving chamber 4 correctly and surely. It is also possible to simplify a structure, and there is no part for carrying out regulation while having careful caution in a device. |
