发明名称 SOLDERING METHOD OF CEMENTED CARBIDE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the shear strength of a soldered part, to realize the sure soldering, and to prevent generation of defective soldering by performing the regular soldering after a solder covering layer is formed on a cemented carbide surface at high temperature to improve the wettability of the surface in soldering the cemented carbide to a tool steel, etc. SOLUTION: An alloy layer containing no Cd such as 3.5% Sn-Ag, Sn-Ag-Zn is formed on a cemented carbide tip surface at the temperature >=400 deg.C using the brazing flux of high activity at high temperature. After the soldering, the flux is cleaned and removed, and the soldering using Ag-Cd-Zn is performed by the regular method for the prescribed tool steel or the like. Soldering can surely and easily be performed without deteriorating the properties of the cemented carbide and tool steel by employing this method.
