PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recorder wherein a cost is reduced, and assembling properties are improved by a method wherein an antistatic countermeasure to a panel substrate from outside the recorder is carried out without using the antistatic component provided between the panel substrate and an armor. SOLUTION: In a recorder having a recording mechanism containing a mechanism part, a recording head recording on a recording medium, and a frame 11 to which the mechanism part is fitted, a panel substrate 51 to which indication by key operation or the like from a user is inputted, and a cover component covering the recording mechanism, a part near an attached part of the panel substrate of the frame 11 rises against the cover component arranged above, and tip positions of the raised parts 11a, 11b are drawn near to the cover component exceeding a position of the panel substrate 51. The tip part of the raised part of the frame may be shaped in an edge, and the tip part is preferably not treated for a surface such as coating or the like. |
