PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a blast shot of a preferable surface condition obtaining separation resistance of good coating, by brushing a metal plate, under a dry condition further with an abrasive particle or blast material existing in a brushed part, by a brush roll. SOLUTION: In a roll shaft peripheral surface of a brush roll B, a brushing member or brush bristle is mounted under a closely collected condition. A strip S of steel plate, stainless steel plate, copper plate, etc., is made to pass through a blast shot process, an abrasive particle or blast material a is made to exist on a brushed location of the passing strip S, the brush roll B is rotated in a forward direction to advancing of the strip S, by the brush roll B, brushing is made under a dry condition. |
