PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the overlapping of document frames each other and the overlapping of an area fixed to arrange no document frame and a document frame each other by detecting them at the time of arranging the document frame in an editing area. SOLUTION: Setting information of the executing permission of an avoiding technique is prepared for every document frame to discriminate whether the document is superposed with a specific area (S3). At the time of discriminating overlapping (S5), the avoiding technique is selected and executed (S6) by referring to the setting information to discriminate the superposing of all the document frames with a specific area (S8). After then whether a document frame overlaps another document frame is discriminated and at the time of discriminating the overlapping, the avoiding technique is selected and executed by referring to previously fixed set information. After the overlapping of all the document frames and another document frame is discriminated, this processing is finished.
