The invention relates to a method and to an arrangement relating to a door structure or the like, particularly to a door structure (1) which includes at least one flexible fabric door panel (3, 4) that covers a door opening, wherein the bottom end of the fabric door panel/panels (3, 4) carries/carry a raisable bottom beam (6), wherein said fabric door panel/panels (3, 4) also carries/carry a number of transverse bars (5) at different height levels, and wherein the door structure (1) includes means (7, 8) for raising and lowering the door in a curtain-like fashion. The door structure (1) includes a flexible protective fabric (21) whose bottom edge (22) is anchored to the bottom beam (6) and whose top edge (24) is connected to an overlying transverse bar (5) such as to form a skirt (50) during a door maneuvering operation, said skirt forming an artificial bottom section (51) of said door. |
