PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a corner pad made of recycled paper to contain heavy materials like bottles. SOLUTION: Corrugated cardboards are superposed with each other to form a multiple structure at one side and a paste is applied. The carboard is pressed to make an L-shaped form before it is dried to obtain an L-shaped laminate body 1. Right angled isosceles triangle bottom plates 8 are formed at the lower zone of the L-shaped laminate body 1 through bottom rear folds 5 of the valley folds. When a bottle is put on the bottom plates 8, the plates are pressed by the weight of the bottle and the bent state of the bottom rear folds is fixed. |
