<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an operator from selecting an erroneous machining condition to shorten the working man-hours and management man-hours required to determine a machining condition by adding information on the elapsed time to determination- processing of the machining condition to automate the determination-processing, in a manufacturing plant where the machining conditions are different depending on the elapsed time from the work-finished time of the precedent process, as in the case of manufacture of products of the type worked under different machining conditions, especially semiconductors. SOLUTION: A manufacturing plant and a plant communicating means 11 communicate to obtain the product number. Based on the product number obtained, a machining condition determining means 21 obtains information on the type of product and the process from a product information storage part 41, and the process to be machined, and the work finishing time of the precedent process from a product manufacturing history storage part 42. Based on the type of product, the process, and the elapsed time after the precedent process work is finished, the plant-communicating means 11 transmits the machining condition read out from a machining condition storage part 43 to the manufacturing plant.</p> |
