<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove stirred substance stuck on the surface of an endless belt and blade members for stirring, the decrease loading to a driving mechanism of the endless belt and to prolong the life of the driving mechanism. SOLUTION: A vertical shaft 2 is rotatably provided at the center in a closed- end cylindrical processing tank with a lid and an endless belt 5 on which a number of blade members 4 and 4 for stirring are projected is extended between the upper and lower shafts 6 and 7 fitted horizontally on the side face of this vertical shaft, and a partition plate 8 the inner side end edge of which is fixed on the vertical shaft 2 and which is in parallel to the endless belt 5 is fixed in the rear of this endless belt 5 and a supporting shaft 17 the inner side end of which is fixed on the vertical shaft is provided in parallel to the front upper side shaft 6 in the rear of upper part of the upper side shaft on which the endless belt is extended, and a scraping plate 18 which is inclined backward slant and the front edge of which is brought into contact with the endless belt 5 is fitted on the lower end of a stay 19 fitted rotatably around this supporting shaft and a scraping mechanism 16 with an urging means 21 for urging the scraping plate forward is provided so as to bring this scraping plate into contact with the endless belt 5 under a specified pressure.</p> |
