PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a speaker which does not have anisotropy and has high durability and heat resistance by making a damper which supports a diaphragm and a vibration member in injection molding with resin material which is primarily composed of polybutylene terephthalate or polyoxymethylene. SOLUTION: A damper 13 which supports a diaphragm and a vibration member, an inner peripheral part 41 and an outer peripheral part 43 are connected to each other by a connection part 42, is formed so that both parts 41 and 43 can move in a perpendicular direction to a paper space owing to deflection of the part 42. When injection molding of the damper 13 is performed with injection mouth of resin placed equally against the damper shape, quality of parts which are symmetrical positions with respect to the center of the damper 13 as a axis becomes equal and there is no anisotropy from the whole viewpoint of the damper 13. For resin material of the damper 13, using polybutylene terephthalate or polyoxymethylene can improve heat resistance and folding endurance, and also mixing elastomer with the resin can improve impact resistance. |
