[Class 83 (i)] [Also in Groups V and XXXVI] Casting composite articles.-A radio-receiving or other electrical apparatus having a conductor system 2, 3 with projections 4, 5 which may serve as electrodes of a condenser die-cast as in Specification 515,354, wherein at least one projection has a stiffening member 6 embedded in it. This member may have holes, Fig. 3, to secure adhesion and a lug 9 adapted to engage the hole 11 in the insulating plate 1 securely. If curved electrodes 13, 14, Fig. 4, are desired, to co-operate with an adjustable blind electrode 19, adapted to rotate on a shaft 18, curved stiffeners, each with two lugs, may be used.
