PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to raise the power factor of a rectifier type DC power supply or AC power supply. SOLUTION: A pair of power-supply side switching elements 21, 22 is connected in forward series between the output terminals of a rectifier type DC power supply circuit 10. A smoothing capacitor 40 is connected via auxiliary diodes 51, 52 connected in forward series between the output terminals. A pair of non-power-supply side switching elements 31, 32 are connected in forward series parallel to the smoothing capacitor 40. Flywheel diodes 23, 24, 33, 34 are connected inversely in parallel to each of the four switching elements 21, 22, 31, 32. An inductive inverter load 90 is connected between the connection point P1 of the power supply side switching elements 21, 22 and the connection point P2 of the non-power-supply side switching elements 31, 32. An auxiliary capacitor 53 is connected between the connection point P3 of the auxiliary diodes 51, 52 and the connection point P1 of the power supply side switching elements 21, 22. |
