摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which atomic valence (oxidized state) adjustment of actinoide(An) ions can be efficiently carried out in a photochemical way without spectrum interference of FP ions. SOLUTION: After Ru, Rh, Pd 20 are removed by a specified fission products(FP)-removing process 19 from a used fuel solution 1 produced by dissolving a used fuel and containing actinoide(An) elements such as U, Pu, Np, and Am and various kinds of fission products(FP), ethanol 14 and hydrogen peroxide 22 are added in a photochemical atomic valence regulating process 12 and at the same time light rays 21-26 are radiated to adjust the atomic valence of the An components. Then, solvent extraction is carried out in a solvent extracting process 16 to divide the resultant used fuel solution into an organic phase 27 containing U, Pu, Np, and Am and an aqueous phase 28 containing FP. In the solvent extracting process 16, 30% TBP/dodecane is used as an extracting agent 6. In this way, specified interfering components are removed before the atomic valence adjustment, so that the exciting light rays for photo reaction are effectively absorbed in prescribed An components and thus oxidation/reduction reaction can be efficiently carried out.</p>
