摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a positional deviation of internal electrodes, which is caused by a shift of cutting positions, by a method wherein recognition marks are formed using a material containing a fluorescent color matter and a sheetlike substrate is cut with the recognition marks as guides. SOLUTION: A multitude pieces of the internal electrode films A1 on one side of internal electrode films A1 containing a fluorescent color matter are printed on the surface of a first ceramic sheet B1 . Narrow recognition marks D1 consisting of a material containing the same fluorescent color matter as that of the films A1 are printed on the parts of the first cutting lines C1 ' and C2 ' adjacent to the outer peripheral edges B1 ' and B1 '' of the sheet B1 among longitudinal and lateral lattice-shaped cutting lines C1 and C2 simultaneously with the printing of the films A1 . These marks D1 are provided so that they have a constant positional relation two-dimensionally to the films A1 at a constant distance from the films A1 . These marks D1 emit by the fluorescent color matters being contained in the marks D1 , whereby a read in an alignment for cutting a laminated material is facilitated and the error of recognition of the marks D1 is eliminated.
