摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the generation of engaging noise between a pulley and a belt, in a toothed belt transmitter by which the tension of a belt is fluctuated. SOLUTION: In a toothed belt transmitter wherein the tension of a belt 16 is periodically fluctuated in synchronism with the angles of rotation of pulleys 12 and 15, the tooth pitches of the pulleys 12 and 15 is increased in a range in which a belt 16 is engaged with a high tension and decreased in a range wherein the belt 16 is engaged with a low tension. The tooth pitches of the pulleys 12 and 15 are increased or decreased according to a stretch amount of the engaging belt 16. Further, in a toothed belt transmission mechanism wherein the tension of the belt 16 is periodically fluctuated approximately in a sinewave-form manner in synchronism with the angles of rotation of pulleys 12 and 15, the tooth pitches of the pulleys 12 and 15 are fluctuated approximately in a sine waveform in conformity with the tooth pitch of the belt 16 engaged with the pulleys 12 and 15.
