PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely create composition by surely focusing on a remote control operator by a simple one point rangefinding system by relatively driving a detecting means to a photographing device based on a received signal. SOLUTION: An automatic focus(AF) part 1 is provided with an AF light- receiving lens 5a, a projecting lens 6a, a remote control reception lens 7a, an AF light projecting element 6b and a photodetector 7a. When remote control light is emitted to a camera by an object (operator), the remote control light passes the remote control reception lens 7a and is projected to a remote control reception photodetector 7b. Then, it is judged according to projected light quantity to which area A or B of the remote control photodetector 7b the remote control light is projected. The AF part 1 is rotated by the driving of a motor in a direction to the AF part 1 of the object having a remote control unit, and the AF part 1 is rotated until the light quantity projected to the area A or B is made the same. |
