PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve accelerating ratio nonconformity between lateral wheels by setting the number of teeth of pinions and sun gears in such a way as to realize the specified relation among the gear ratio of the first pinion and sun gear, the gear ratio of the second pinion and sun gear and the gear ratio of the third pinion and sun gear. SOLUTION: A driving force distributing device T for distributing driving force of an engine E to rotary shafts 9, AR is provided with sun gears 17-19 meshed with pinions 13-15, a clutch CL that can connect the sun gear 19 to a fixed member 20, a clutch CR that can connect a carrier member 11 to the fixed member 20, and the like. In this case, the number of teeth of the pinions 13-15 and the number of teeth of the sun gears 17-19 are so set as to materialize the relation of R1 :R2 :R3 =1.00:1.15:2.14 when the gear ratio of the pinion 13 and sun gear 17 is R1 , the gear ratio of the pinion 14 and sun gear 18 is R2 , and the gear ratio of the pinion 15 and sun gear 19 is R3 . The accelerating ratio of right wheel→left wheel is thereby made equal to the accelerating ratio of left wheel→right wheel.
