SOLUTION: A driving force distributing device T for distributing driving force of an engine E to rotary shafts 9, AR is provided with sun gears 17-19 meshed with pinions 13-15, a clutch CL that can connect the sun gear 19 to a fixed member 20, a clutch CR that can connect a carrier member 11 to the fixed member 20, and the like. In this case, the number of teeth of the pinions 13-15 and the number of teeth of the sun gears 17-19 are so set as to materialize the relation of R1 :R2 :R3 =1.00:1.15:2.14 when the gear ratio of the pinion 13 and sun gear 17 is R1 , the gear ratio of the pinion 14 and sun gear 18 is R2 , and the gear ratio of the pinion 15 and sun gear 19 is R3 . The accelerating ratio of right wheel→left wheel is thereby made equal to the accelerating ratio of left wheel→right wheel.
