PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new human gene coding a GDP dissociation promoting protein, capable of detecting expression in a human tissue, elucidating the state of a disease related to a genetic disease, a cancer, etc., diagnosing and treating the diseases, and producing a human protein by a genetic engineering method. SOLUTION: This new DOP dissociation promoting protein gene contains a base sequence coding an amino acid sequence of the formula and is useful for detecting expression in various human tissues, analyzing the structure and the function of the expression, producing a human protein by a genetic engineering method, elucidating the state of a disease related to a genetic disease, a cancer, etc., and diagnosing and treating the disease. The human gene is obtained by extracting an mRNA from tissues of human fetal brain, adult blood vessel and placenta, synthesizing a cDNA by using the mRNA, preparing a cDNA library by a conventional method and cloning the library by using a primer composed of a part of a GDP dissociation promoting gene by a PCR method. |
