PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately perform transmit power control during a software hand-over by making a mobile station ignore transmit power control information of low reliability among pieces of transmit power control information from respective base stations. SOLUTION: In a process at software hand-over time, SIR calculation parts 33 and 35 provided for a mobile station calculate receive SIR from each base station and supply the calculated receive SIR to a transmit power control bit selection part 45, which then performs control according to the receive SIR so that transmit power control bits from each base station supplied from a transmit power control bit extraction part 43 is not selected when the receive SIR is below a specific reference value. Then the remaining transmit power control bits are supplied to a transmit power control part 47, and consequently transmit power control is performed. Further, when all the receive SIRs are less than a specific value, the transmit power control is not performed and the current transmit power is maintained. |
