PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of the user by providing a chip capable of storing at least a card identification number or a server telephone number. SOLUTION: A virtual payment card 1 is provided with a chip 2 that stores a plurality of numerals read through a contact or a contactless method to form at least one number and sends the number to a server via a telephone network. The number stored in the chip 2 is coded into an n-bit number and k-bits among the n-bits are redundant bits, where (k) is strictly less than n-bits. Number of times of depression of a key pad by the user is decreased by storing the card identification number to the chip 2 as a fact. Moreover, since it is not required for the user to dial the number by the key pad, number of digits for the card identification number is increased.
