PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can limit the range of access from an operator to plural kinds of information stored in a multi-IC card and is suitable for identity confirmation using the IC card especially in the case of executing a plurality of jobs at different security levels. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a plurality of personal identification code(PIC) storage means for storing PIC for each job executing means or file to be accessed, PIC reinput time setting means for setting the number of times of PIC reinputs corresponding to the length of the registered PIC, PIC reinput control means for controlling the number of times to repeat the judgement of whether the PIC is suitable or not corresponding to the number of characters unmatched between the inputted PIC and the registered PIC, and PIC updating means for storing the update time of the PIC, generating the new PIC after the lapse of arbitrary time and storing the generated PIC and the update time of the PIC. |
