摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat an outer peripheral heater face and an inner peripheral heater face to almost equal temperature by a heater plate provided between them. SOLUTION: A cylindrical outer peripheral heater face 12 is set on one surface of a flat plate-shaped heater plate 11, and the end of a tube 21 is inserted into a recessed section 12a formed on the outer peripheral face heater face 12 to heat the outer face. A joint heater face 13 having a projected section 13b to be inserted into the inner peripheral face of a tube joint 22 is set on the other surface of the heater plate 11. The outer peripheral face of the outer peripheral face heater face 12 is coated with a heat emission film 12d of large heat emission rate. The outer peripheral face heater face 12 and the inner peripheral face heater face 13 are heated simultaneously by the heater plate 11. In that case, the heat emission of the outer peripheral face heater face 12 is accelerated by the heat emission film 12d.</p>
